In 2023, Jefrey van der Straeten joined Lupus Sports with a dedicated focus on guiding our youth players. Prior to joining the agency, Jefrey spent more than 15 years working in elite youth football as both a coach and a (chief) scout. His extensive experience in talent identification and player development provides invaluable insight into the pathway young footballers must navigate to reach the highest levels of the game.
